Refund & Return Policy

At Layaa Bloom, we strive for perfection. If your garment arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we offer a 7-14 day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: As our pieces are curated for quality, we do not currently offer "change of mind" returns once an order has entered our 8-14 day shipping cycle.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item, Layaa Bloom will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

    • Standard Returns: For all other returns (such as style or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
