At Layaa Bloom, we are committed to bringing you high-quality fusion and Indian grace fashion directly to your doorstep. Because we curate our collections from premium global warehouses, we ensure every piece undergoes a strict quality check before it leaves for you.

1. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our partner warehouse.

2. Shipping Times
For most US orders, please allow:
• Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days after dispatch

Some items ship from US‑based partner warehouses, and some ship from overseas partner warehouses. In both cases, you’ll receive one tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey. During peak or holiday periods, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

3. Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping pricing simple:
• United States: Flat rate $6.99 on orders under $75
• Free US shipping on orders $75+

(If your Shopify setup uses different numbers, update these to match your actual rates.)

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and available destinations are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
• Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7–21 business days.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also look up your order status using your order number and email address on our website.

6. Delays & Lost Packages
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate a delayed package. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at layaabloom@gmail.com with your order number.
